Man I am missing Montana right now, I really enjoyed chasing birds there with the French Brittanys once we finally found them.

I have been watching youtube videos and facebook posts from everyone else who has been having success up there and I am so jealous.

I have some young dogs that really need to see a lot of birds and every time I have headed up I am just not seeing the birds that others seem to find.  I am a believer that if a young dog can see 100 birds in a day that goes a very long way to making a great bird dog. But when you hike 50 miles without having bird contacts it really hurts the dogs enthusiasm. Well mine too lets face it.

So where in Montana should I go for a hunt for some Hungarian Partridge, Sharptail Grouse, and pheasant?
